House Rules

Dear travelers, welcome to Annong 671 B&B . To ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable, peaceful, and safe vacation, please carefully read and comply with the following terms and conditions:

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in time : After 15:00 (If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please call or inform us via LINE in advance so that we can arrange your reception).

• Check-out time : before 11:00 (to maintain cleaning operations and protect the rights of the next group of travelers, late check-out will incur an overtime fee).

   

Peace and environmental protection

• Nighttime Noise Reduction : In accordance with the Yilan County Government's regulations for the management of guesthouses, please lower the volume between 22:00 and 08:00 the next day . Loud noises, the use of amplification equipment, and karaoke singing are prohibited. Let's work together to maintain the tranquility of the riverside.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces of the building (including guest rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and balconies). If you need to smoke, please go to the designated outdoor area. Violators will be charged a cleaning and deodorization fee starting from NT$3,000 .

• Dangerous and illegal activities are strictly prohibited: Setting off fireworks, drunkenness, gambling, drug use , and all other illegal activities are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel . If any such activities are discovered, the matter will be reported to the police and the guest will be cancelled without refund.

   

Pet Policy and Public Area Use

• Pet Policy : To maintain the quality of accommodation for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in our hotel . We appreciate your understanding.

• Use of the communal kitchen and terrace :

  • After using the kitchen and tableware, please wash and put them back in their proper places to maintain a clean environment.

  • When leaving public areas, please turn off air conditioning, televisions, lights, and close doors and windows to practice energy conservation and protect the Earth.

     

Safety and Storage

• Please present your identification document (ID card, health insurance card, or passport) for registration upon check-in and settle any remaining balance.

• Please keep your personal valuables with you at all times. Please check your belongings carefully when checking out, as the hotel is not responsible for their safekeeping.

• Please take good care of all furniture, appliances and decorative items in the store. If any damage or loss occurs, you will be required to pay for it at the original price.

   

Postponement and cancellation policies (subject to individual traveler booking standard contract specifications)

• Force majeure events: If the Central Weather Bureau issues a land typhoon warning for the Yilan area or suspends work or classes on the day of check-in, you can apply for a full refund or retain your deposit for a six-month extension.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling due to Personal Reasons:

  • If you cancel 14 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

  • If you cancel 7 to 13 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 70% refund of your deposit.

  • If you cancel 4 to 6 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

  • If you cancel 1 to 3 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 20% refund of your deposit.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations or no-shows on the day of check-in.
